How long will a product take to arrive to my destination?
- Delivery is dependant upon the location of the customer. We ship products throughout North America, from Winnipeg, Manitoba. On average a product may take 2-7 business days to arrive, dependant on both the product and location.
What if a product does not come within the time frame?
- Please check the tracking number provided to you once the product is shipped. Depending on your carrier selection, it will be sent to your email and/or phone number. If you're unable to locate the tracking number, eufexo.ca operates a 24/7 support chat, located on eufexo.ca, which you can contact. If you'd like to email us, our email is support@eufexo.ca. A response through email may take up to two business days.
What if a product arrives damaged?
- Eufexo inspects all products before shipping, but if you do receive a damaged product, email us at support@eufexo.ca within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will be able to provide the necessary support accordingly.
Where can I check the progress of the device I have shipped in to sell?
- You can track the progress of the device you have shipped by logging into your account, and clicking "Sell Your Device Progress."
How long does it take to process an item I have shipped to sell?
- We inspect all devices within 24 hours of receiving them.
